If you just want to DISABLE geolocation via HTML5, do the following. But be aware that recently some sites and services have begun refusing visitors with geolocation disabled. Yelp! is one of my "favorite examples" of this bad behavior. They want your info, or else no service! For that reason, you may want to consider sending ''false'' information (using the extension above) instead of ''no'' information.

Remember that just because you've disabled HTML5 geolocation doesn't mean you're safe. Snoopers like the government, business, and criminals, will still try to locate you by your IP address, your use of social media and other popular sites (with or without cookies), or just by matching up your online behavior.
